I've been a customer for a few years now, and the technicians (Dave, Alvin), have always been great. However, when you have an insect problem in between scheduled services, the office never calls back. I've waited 2 weeks plus, multiple times, only to have to call back and start over. It just seems like they don't have enough technicians to go around, or customer service skills to follow through. They guarantee to come out in between services and if they can't, they should be refunding people.

These folks showed right up to help me with a wasp problem! They were very communicative and professional and I am really glad we called. I feel much safer now and don’t think I’ll be stung just walking to my car!

Nathan Nau is our technician and he has been doing a wonderful job for us. He is very thorough and proactive regarding possible issues. He is also great at updating us regarding his work and any concerns re pest prevention. He answers all our questions thoroughly. Great worker!

Service person (Paul) was kind, thorough, & professional. He explained everything with ease & was clear about follow-up,. I feel confident with him as our contact person.

I'm very happy for the inspection. This was our 2nd inspection service after a year. It gave me sons peace of mind knowing that they do not have a pest problem. It was worth every penny. They were not the most expensive which means they had a fair price so I will not hesitate to call them again.
