Mr. Sean did a great job. Very knowledgeable and willing to educate. Didn’t mind any requests while servicing. Very professional and friendly, easy to communicate with. 5 star service, easily.

I was a long time customer before I canceled my service last week. I haven't received service since May. It is now September. Normally, the representative will reach out to me to schedule the service for the month. I never received that call for the month of July. In early August I called to see if I could schedule the service myself, since nobody was calling me. When nobody answered, I left a message but never received a call back. After 2 weeks, I called again but still didn't reach a representative. I left another message. The next morning I called again and a representative finally answered. I told her about the difficulty that I was having. She said she had been on maternity leave and that she will make sure that she calls me to schedule my future appointments. But she never apologized on behalf of the group for failing to schedule my service for July, nor for failing to return a call in response to my voicemails. It is unsettling as a customer when your frustrations are disregarded. I asked for service for the next day, but she said that they could not accommodate because it was the Saturday before Labor Day weekend. I called Terminix the next day and the Branch Manager himself came and sprayed my place for me that same day. Unfortunately Orkin failed me by neglecting my services during the worst summer months for pest activity, while still charging me monthly.

I've had a few different technicians come to my house and Gregory is one of the better ones. He was very professional and it was evident he was passionate about the service he provided. While conducting the routine spray he thoroughly inspected any potential issues and provided solutions, or, in cases which aren't covered by Orkin (overhanging branches in this case), provided suggestions on how to better deter pests.

The show up unannounced. They have been told repeatedly that I need to be notified when they are coming so I can make arrangements for them to gain access. The service manager had told me he was going to replace my crawl space door with a new one, that never happened. I paid for material, twice the amount that was actually used, and not refunded the difference. I was also told when I paid the 10k for their services that I was covered for 5 years, also not factual.Just please call me and make arrangements before you come out thats all I ask.

The division that was responsible for my area is probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced not only are they unprofessional but that also lack the basic skills of scheduling according to who I spoke with there is only a 3 day window of advance notice that a tech will be able to service your home which I received a text less then 12 hours of notice an a email of the same time frame notice also when you set up service I was told I would have a follow up appointment within 30 days which I was finally contacted after 40 days for them to say I’m coming by tomorrow to service your home when attempting to reschedule I was told I would have to wait till 2nd week in November which a couple weeks away finally after what felt like pulling teeth I was able to have service moved to the original day but at a later time frame when I was able to be at home long story short I will never recommend Orkin to anyone also not even sure if with they was spraying even worked didn’t notice any changes also I found out that all exterior services is what is billable so if your not home an interior services can’t be complete they do the exterior an bill you as if you had service done this is a scam don’t do it! take my advice also canceling service must be done with a 30 day notice but they will bill you twice before a second service is even scheduled to be completed !!! An I’m sure the following email is going to say please call the same office manager you have had previously issue with to resolve your issue save the response learn how to treat your customers!
