They’ve been treating our home for 2-3 years and I’m probably going to cancel because they don’t seem to accomplish anything. Waste of money. Update September 2023. See attached photo of the wasp catcher I hung in the front yard a few months ago. Obviously I cancelled Orkin.

Very unprofessional service techs. Doing more talking then working. Used their services at my business for about the last 8 months. Our problem is worse than It was when they started. They have a scam service called “mass trapping”, where they send one of their “techs” out and put a couple more traps than they usually would on a normal visit and then try to charge you $500 for a 15 minute job. Absolutely terrible. I don’t know how they get away with robbing people. The service guy Rick was terrible. Very unprofessional. Then when I call to cancel, some guy Wayne tries to argue with me that what I said didn’t happen. I have It all on camera. Just an all around joke of a company. Thousands of dollars down the drain. We had a great experience with Orkin Pest Control! The technician Robert was prompt, professional, and very thorough in addressing our pest issues. He took the time to explain the treatment process and offered helpful tips for preventing future problems. I noticed results almost immediately, and I’m very pleased with the service.
