The gentleman that came to My Home was so pleasant and polite and professional. My husband and myself were very pleased. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything was OK. He went up in my attic. He went down in my crawlspace under my house. he took pictures show me my attic so I wouldn’t have to go up there. I’m a new homeowner. He recommended to me. What needed to be done to keep rodents out of my house for the following winter to come he was kid, friendly and pet friendly. My dog loved him a grandson two years old loved him. It was an awesome experience. He taught me a lot thank you Orkin.

Started off by calling a few company's and was amazed at how fast i received a response as well as someone to explain how the process worked and helped me get to exactly what I needed. Same day appointment and was able to work with my work schedule was amazing. Was also offered a current promotion without asking was super helpful for making a decision on getting on a recurring service. When technican arrived texted ahead and was super professional. Asked about animals in the home covered his shoes with covers. Answered everyone of my anxious questions with out fail. Covered the areas of our concern and then went to some spots they recommend to cover inspected around my home and also set up another visit to come back and repeat the process until the bugs were gone.
