We had an infestation of bugs that Spencer was able to identify immediately. He called that he would be early which worked perfectly. The communication is awesome. He identified the source and sprayed around the house on the first visit. To say I’m relieved and grateful is an understatement. Also, the person I scheduled the appointment with and the person that came out, Spencer, were very nice and helpful.

Our Orkin man called ahead and was on time per the appointment window given. I showed him the areas of concern and he treated them immediately. He was very professional and polite. He even had puppy treats for my dog! Glad to have take care of our home.

I was extremely impressed with Amy and Ari the technicians supervisor that came out to my location. They were very thorough, easy to talk with, and highly professional. Ben, our exterminator goes above and beyond each time he comes to our home. He does such an excellent job every single visit. He makes sure to ask if we have any new issues and remembers to handle every old issue we ever had. We originally got Orkin because we had carpenter ants pretty bad coming in through one window causing damage. They immediately got on the problem and killed the carpenter ants extremely fast so no other windows or other parts of our home were damaged. We keep Orkin for maintenance because of the area we live in. I highly recommend Ben and Orkin.

The technician who came to treat my home was friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions and seemed really knowledgeable. This was the first treatment, so I don't know yet if it will work, but it has been a good experience so far.
