My family has had multiple calls to Orkin. We were first told they can come the next day and said they would call us in the morning. They never did. Called them again, then we had to wait almost a week for them to come out. They never did. We called again, they said the Orkin man came at 7 in the morning, my kids go to the bus stop at that time. No one was ever in my driveway at that time. Been at home all morning waiting for him to show! They then told us we'd have to wait another week or two for him to supposably come back out, he never came out the first time! Not only are they unprofessional but they are rude and don't care about customer concerns. They don't return calls, we had to call them. The man lied when he said he came and knocked on our door because we were waiting for him to come. Will not recommend them to anyone and I am calling another company to come and do what I need them too since this company doesn't know what they are doing.
