The gentlemen that came out were polite, kind helpful and knowledgeable about what they do. Their expertise and insight was so appreciated! I would highly recommend their services for anyone that is having any kind of pest problem in their home. Our tech was here in the time specified. He was very professional and friendly. He gave us all the information we needed to understand how things were going to proceed. He told us about the contract and what it covered and didn't cover. We were very pleased with his service. He was very honest about what to expect, given the level of our infestation.

Not good. I'm being generous with 3 stars. I had yellow jackets that burrowed inside our home. Called Orkin for their name. Tech came unprepared, said he didn't have any experience with these before - Didn't know what to do. (I actually called a different company while he was calling his boss.) My mistake was not researching better. Go with a smaller company with a live person who answers questions. I'm sure I'll be again as they have a warranty and we still have yellow jackets swarming around. (They've stopped entering the inside of the home. The guy did try. Orkin just sent someone who didn't have any experience.)

Josh Was very efficient. He examined my house carefully. And he did not disrupt my day more than he needed to. He was very pleasant And helpful. I wish all people did their jobs equally as well. Thanks
