Excellent service! I got a text saying they were coming and when they arrived. My technician, Darnell, is very personable and professional. Explained everything he did, what to look out for and to call the company if I needed a treatment, free of charge, before my next scheduled visit. Very thorough!

From the moment I called until the moment they first came to spray, the service was amazing. The customer service rep who made the appointment was very eager to help me ASAP. When they came out to spray, I sensed a personal experience was about to happen. He was very attentive and explained how it worked and when I didn’t have to worry about the spray. He said if I have any issues, he would be back out to help me. I am happy I chose them and would recommend.

My regular technician David is AMAZING! He is very knowledgeable, kind, and goes the extra mile for Mom and I on every visit. Scott came out last week and he is also AMAZING! Scott was determined to solve our issues no matter what. He crawled through attics, behind the house and in the house. He was able to give us our answers the same day. He was honest, kind and respectful. Great job Orkin on two stellar employees!!!

Orkin was super helpful and friendly. I called for a quote in the morning hoping to set up a consultation/first service and they were able to schedule me same day. The specialist on the phone walked me through the process and answered all my questions. Marcus was my service pro and was super friendly and answered all additional questions that I had. He did my preventative service with extreme care.

Brian has been the tech coming out to do our tick service. He’s been wonderful and very helpful in deciding what to do. Colleen (I how that’s her name) came out to do a termite inspection and give us information on whether or not to use the service. She was lovely as well. Always good customer over the phone, and they communicate well.
