I live in Marana and we had a horrible cricket issue this summer. My apartment complex continues to use a pest control company that uses the same spray every time and it doesn’t work! I called Orkin on a Sunday. The owner Guillermo returned my call within the hour. He was able to get me in the next day. He knew how upset I was over the massive cricket situation so he came along with his tech. Both Guillermo and Antonio are very professional, kind, knowledgeable, trustworthy and extremely patient. They created a treatment plan for my situation. Both Guillermo and Antonio have exceptional follow up skills. I still can’t believe I have to pay for my own pest control in an apartment. Due to this issue I will not be renewing my lease. However, I will continue my services with Orkin regardless of where I move. I highly recommend them! They care about their customers!!!

I 100% recommend Jerry! He was very timely, knowledgeable and professional. He thoroughly explained the process without being condescending and made me feel comfortable being at home alone with my daughter while receiving services. The company also offers very reasonable prices; between $99-150 and cheaper.

Jerry came out to our house and did an interior and exterior inspection. Came and took care of everything on the case basis. He made sure to communicate clearly with me on everything. As well as be on time for his appointments. I really appreciate the attention to detail as well as walking me through everything.

We had the real "Orkin Man", Jerry V. come to our house today. Jerry is very knowledgeable and explains everything he is going to do and use. We have outside pets, besides a dog in the house. Jerry made sure everything he used was safe for our pets. And answered every question we had. We've never needed a pest control company in the 65 years we have been married. Orkin is a great company.
