We had a large hornet's nest on site and called Orkin. The call was put through to Derek, an account exec, several days later. To help make up for the delay, Derek personally visited the site to inspect the nest and submitted a proposal that was reasonable. He even showed up the following day when Drew, the technician. arrived to treat the nest. Both Derek and Drew were knowledgeable and friendly. It was the kind of service you love to, but rarely, encounter. And, the price included a follow-up visit to confirm the results and remove the nest! Thanks guys! .

This company is horrible! I had service with them for pest control. They never came for my service call and lied on their report saying they came to my house and treated. They tried charging me $112.00. I was home the entire time and no one came. They were supposed to come to make sure there was no mouse activity inside the home. We have had so many issues with them since joining. They have tried to overcharge us so many times, would lie and say they were coming out and never even show up. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

They are very thorough and timely when called. I have a monthly service with them which includes emergency calls. They always get a tech out with 24 hours of me calling.

I am very pleased with the service received from Orkin's technicians. We enjoy working with Gus who's really demonstrated that he's highly responsive, knowledgeable and committed to his role. Please keep up the good works- you're all doing a wonderful job!
