First time customer of Orkin and Jason was the tech who came to our home to inspect our problem with a mouse. Jason was awesome with his complete knowledge and experience in investigating our problem and answering all of our questions. He assured us that he didn’t think we had a major mice infestation and thought it was just a one time visit by a mouse. He did set traps, checked our whole house for any activity and droppings and really couldn’t find anything. He did give us his number in case we had another occurrence or questions about the visit today. If you call Orkin, ask to have Jason come to assess your situation. You won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been using Orkin for service for a little over a year now. The employee who visits for service is very friendly, knowledgeable and adaptable. After a year we have seen a significant decrease in rodent incursion through the use of snap/sticky traps and some baits. He sprays a deterrent on the foundation outside and also treats for ground wasps in the summer. The field supervisor did a very thorough job assessing the property (inside and out) and presenting me with all my options. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that a couple times there have been scheduling changes resulting in a no-show but I never receive a call informing me of this and I have to call them to ask what happened and reschedule.

I have been a customer for some years now and if it was not so expensive to start over with another company, I would!! Every year the yearly inspection appointments are a nightmare! They never come out when they are scheduled to come out. Many times I have had appointments scheduled and have taken the day off from work to let them inside and they don't show. Or they come when I am not home and then complete the work order for the inside inspection and cancel the appointment that I actually had scheduled. How is that even possible if no one was home???Recently, they came to my home and when I looked on the work order, they don't even let me know if there has been any activity found or not. There is clearly a box to put that information in on the form. They are just a hassle to deal with and with working, I really do not have the time to continually call them to reschedule appts and find out about my property. For what I pay them, things should run a whole lot smoother! I would never recommend them to anyone. Orkin Monroe CT you need to do better. My suggestion to anyone is to find a different pest control company.

I had them come out for mice in the attic. After the initial visit I decided I was going to do it myself and asked for a refund the next day. By law you have 3 days for a full refund. Spoke to the manager Terrance and was promised the refund of over $300. Many phone calls and months later, still no refund! You're better than that Terrance.

My technician Tyrone was excellent. He was thorough. Has long as he comes i know I have someone that cares about what he does and people. I am glad that I chose Orkin. A technician that knows his business. I am so thankful that they sent Tyrone to my house. I don't want anyone else to come. He really cares, thank you so much. This was my first visit but he did an awesome job.

Jason serviced our home. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and polite. He cleaned areas under the sink and behind the stove clearing evidence of issues we were facing. I feel comfortable knowing he’s just a phone call away. I would highly recommend Jason as your personal exterminator.
