Orkin has definitely improved. I had them previously and left because they always scheduled out of my availability. Now I have 0 issues with them. Service and people are great.

We have been with ORKIN for probably 3+ years. Our initial technician, Jeff, was great and we never had any issues with pests. Once it changed to Jordan, we saw an increase in bugs, spiders, even cockroaches. Cob webs were never removed of like Jeff would do. Dead bugs, mice droppings on the glue pads that were never changed out. Then the last visit we had another new technician and he noted to my grandmother (I was not home at the time of service) that he noticed all the spiders but didn’t clean up any webs or dead bugs. We had ORKIN come to do exclusion work on the house this week for mice since it’s getting colder and install new insulation in our attic. The technician for that came to me and made mention of all the spider webs and how bad the spiders were around the property. He noted he’d seen and killed numerous wolf spiders and said we needed to contact ORKIN to notify them that our regular tech must not be doing a thorough job with web removal and with treating. Then last night we were on our porch and saw a huge wolf spider and a brown recluse. We immediately called the national number last night to have them notify the Salina branch to send someone out, even just this afternoon there was a large spider in our basement. I’m weeks away from having a baby so it is especially concerning that there are poisonous spiders around the property, and also that we’ve been paying for sub par service that doesn’t seem to be even helping anything. And of course ORKIN calls me this morning and I was unavailable but when I try to call back there is no answer. We have spent a lot of money over the years and would like to feel like we’re getting our money’s worth and also that we can trust ORKIN to be keeping our home secure and family safe from pests. We felt that originally but since Jeff stopped serving us we have not felt that and feel the service is only getting worse.

He was very attentive and he spoke to me about all the things he’s done and things that will possibly need to be done in the future. Thumbs up very good service guy.

Steve is very friendly and willing to answer questions as well as make recommendations for treatments. He seems to have no problem with small dogs, which is a huge plus in my book. He takes his time and does it the right way the first time..

Caleb was very friendly and professional! He did all the things he needed to do and explained each one. Listened to a few extra places that I wanted him to look at. A very nice addition to Orkin!
