Tech arrived on time and was gracious enough to return when I missed the first visit. Called to address an isolated issue that turned out to be minor, thank goodness. Service was decent as they dutifully went about. They as in the pest control person and then there was an inspector he came. I wasn’t made aware of the two people until I stated that an inspection would have been great. It was then that it was noted another person was coming to inspect. The pest control moved my stove and was not able to put it back like I had it to allow the spices to sit correctly. The inspector soiled my walls so now they have to be repainted. At no time did they use shoe coverings as they walked throughout my home. I felt in defense mode as at times it felt like the pest control person was dismissive. The solution he provided was very much an eye sore to my cosmetics. The inspector seemed to concentrate on two areas; attic and crawlspace ignoring the other areas where egress may have occurred. I’m in the middle on this visit being efficient and effective. I’m definitely not looking forward to the trail of work left; painting and cleaning to restore my home back to the way it was before they arrived. Definitely look for other companies for this service if you desire greater care and communications to address your needs. Also be prepared to provide your own peanut butter, this is not included in the $174. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The service man, Jason, was great and very knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and what we could do to get rid of the pests bugs. I appreciate him and I feel as if I have made a new friend. Orkin is a great company and if I ever need to call again it will definitely be Orkin. Thanks you Orkin and their employees.

Dave G is the best! Definitely recommend him! He knows what he is doing and he definitely provided reassurance to us and helped us!! It’s because of him that I would recommend ORKIN.His expertise and great customer service is awesome!

Dave G was very professional and explained the issue when the first tech out was not able to complete the job. He then came out a couple of days later and did the work. I really appreciated his communication throughout.

We moved into a new home and first night we were there we saw a few roaches. I went online and booked an appointment for the very next day at 10:00am. Website was very easy to navagate and Daniel our technician was very professional and informative. Would definitely recommend Daniel and Orkin if you are looking for pest control services.
