I called very late in the day on Saturday. Although they weren't able to send a technician on Saturday, I was able to get an early Monday morning appt. Both David and Blake were so knowledgeable, understanding, helpful and professional. I am prayerful you won't need the serv8ces, but if you do, I strongly recommend Orkin

I called and setup for service at my property and my guest house on my property for an initial service plus monthly service for both. I was given a price for both dwellings, and monthly service. The next day the service rep came to preform the service. He asked me to sign my agreement and started the agreement is for the initial service and then quarterly service. I stated that it was supposed to be the initial service and then monthly service. He called the office and after the person had to talk with her manager, they told me that the price would now be higher than I was initially told. When I told them what I was told on the phone the day before they said they cant do monthly for under $50. Apparently the person that setup my account set it up wrong. After updating my account to what I initially wanted they processed with service. The tech that came out seemed knowledgeable, although it didn't seem like the initial treatment was as in depth as the they stated. I will see how the next few services go. Overall I am pleased with the service, just not happy about the price switch.

I have services now for several months and from initial contact to meeting my reps in person has been seamless. The other great thing is that they scheduled a service next day after my first call! Not only that, but our pest issue has become a non-issue! The techs are polite and know what they’re doing. I’m glad I made the call to Orkin!!

Promptly responded to our call for help with an escalating mouse problem. Andrew came and explained all the steps to be taken to help us. He is great and I hope he is our permanent "Orkin Man".
