Technician was great. Very pleasant & very thorough. My only complaint is this was originally scheduled for the previous week, but had to be rescheduled when the technician did not show and did not call until after the 2-hour window had passed. Not his fault, but still unacceptable.

I haven’t catch his name yet but our exterminator is amazing! He answer every question we have and his service is incredible, and exterminating wise this company is good, they are careful if animals are around and will always look out for there best interest, roaches have gone down by a lot in my opinion and most I’ve seen are babies. This company has very great customer service and will always make you satisfied, I recommend this company 100%

Matthew was amazing he came out and got right to work. He detailed everything as he went along it was all around phenomenal service. I highly recommend orkin.

Although the technician was eager and willing to complete the request, he was not equipped to complete the hornet’s nest properly. He did not have protective gear. None of the hoses and sprayers would reach. This is true even after I brought out my ladder (since he did not have one on his ladder rack). I primarily sprayed the nest myself using store bought products, from a second story window. Once I saturated the next, he knocked it down, but did not remove any of the nest that fell. I was still charged the full amount, even though I did not of the work myself.

The exterminator who came out was awesome! He listened to what issues we were having and concerns regarding our pets safety. Once we finished, he went over what he would do and stated that it was pet friendly and there was nothing to worry about with our pets. He also told us what the regular monthly technician would do when he or she made their monthly visits. He gathered his supplies and went to work placing traps and bait, spraying the inside perimeter of the house then going outside and spraying the outside perimeter of the house. I was worried that we wouldn’t get the best service because it was 6:00pm when he arrived but I was wrong. Great and thorough service!
