Orkin customer service is terrible. local service swiches techs every few months. Good luck calling in and not being disconnected or sent around in their que countless times until you just give up. Worse yet, as soon as you get comfy with a tech you get a new guy. We have had four in just over 2 years. That says a lot. Charles the manager is who we were referred to as they decided it was accepetable to increase your contractual amount and raise it over 20% without advising ahead of time or getting approval to do so. Instead they did a hidden increase and took it our of our stored credit card as you have no other option to pay. After a 20 minutes dropped calls sent around to different departments just to get a requested refund for the difference we have to be approved by this manager. Ridiculous!!! Just easier to sumit a chargeback with our bank. We stumbled across the increase accidentally and treid to call many times over last 6 months when we first noticed it. Even told the tech about it--he did absolutely nothing! Useles. Then you forget get busy and it happens again. Of course you cant find a Orkin customer care email address which would be the easiest when one doesn't desire to sit on hold on a phone call then be kicked around for 20 minutes.

Our technician Daniel was wonderful! He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and courteous. He inspected several potential problem areas and treated them appropriately, sharing valuable insights and information on the processes of elimination and prevention. Very happy with his service and feel that we are in great hands! We have already experienced great improvements. Thank you Daniel and Orkin!

It’s never about how you start, it’s how you end. Add ORKIN to the list of companies who offered 24/7 sales line but as soon as you handover the check it is done. Believe me, they punch that clock and they don’t care. From 4:53pm I spoke to many employees who all promised to have someone out here last night. Nothing. No call back no show. There is a reason they ask customer satisfaction questions at the beginning instead of at completion. I DO NOT recommend this company. Why take a chance that you have to go through the same thing I did? There are so many other companies that Orkin should be last in your list. They only want money. I will pay another company to remove the traps and send the bill to them.

Termite inspection and removal. Very happy with their service. Won't use anyone else. Efficienct and courteous.The best!!!
