Requested for a call back after his vacation. The day after he was here the tenants were complaining that there was live black ants! We requested for him to follow up after his vacation. Edgar never followed up or called. On the following service he claims he's too busy! He never received the text. On my end it shows it was received. Asked him what's the solution. He walked off the job. He is unprofessional! Called the office and requested for another technician.

Edgar, our service technician from Orkin was top-notch. His communication skills are unmatched. He contacted me the day before service, contacted me when he was on his way to do our service and contacted me when service was complete completed. I have been a Terminix customer for over six years and was so disappointed when over a four day period Had three no-shows from their technicians For my new property. Orkin, From my first telephone contact with them, gave me peace of mind that a technician would be at my property promptly and an appointment would be confirmed via email and text. They also gave me a quote over the phone and supplied a service contract via email after my phone call. Orkin and their staff members reminded me of how a company provides great customer service and excellence. Thank you again and Edgar for showing up when I needed you.

I used to go through WillKill for pest control but switched over to Orkin and it has made a huge difference! Rodrick A. Evangelista has done an outstanding job with my apartment and I no longer have roaches! My apartment was infested and Rodrick came to inspect my place and came up with a treatment plan. He comes once a month to spray and treat my apartment and he is the best technician I ever had! He is always on time, he got rid of the roaches in my apartment faster than WillKill and I noticed a big difference with Orkin after the first treatment! My apartment is roach free and I am truly thankful to Rodrick for doing such a good job! He is awesome and he deserves a raise!

I never leave negative reviews except for the exceptionally bad. After not having had service fulfilled to standard, I called them for service which they said they will. They however never called back. I called back to call get a call back and never got a call back. After a year, I called them back again to see why they still didn’t call back. They claimed I made inappropriate comment asking for a call back . If your idea of inappropriate comment is a customer who a) received service that was not fulfilled to standard and b) then requesting a call back to follow up but not receiving one after weeks, months, then a whole year … then I feel this is deflecting due diligence and professional responsibility to hold their staff members accountable to unprofessionalism. I’ll be filing a complaint to corporate.

It’s all about the technician. Some do a good job of spraying and some don’t. So come when they say they’re gonna come and others don’t. Right now I have a good technician and I’m happy with the company because of that. If she was to do a poor job, I would look for another company!
