Jonathon went above the standard procedures , most likely , by walking beyond the fence surrounding our lawn & house and squirting some insecticide in a ground wasp nest that was not responding to the products i had used. Following normal spraying he visited awhile explaining some steps to follow up on and some ideas if it were to happen again. Very patient and polite . thanks! DB

John from Orkin has always been very thorough and professional when servicing our house and yard. He is very easy to work with and always contacts us prior to his visit and makes sure he has covered our needs. It's very easy to recommend John and the service he provides.

Friendly and respectful. We were informed about entryways that may affect our spider issue and he also stated that he removed wasp nests, though the nests are still present on the back porch and seems to not have been removed.

John always takes great care of us. A heads up day before and ETA day of service, a thorough inspection and treatment, questions about any concerns we may have pre service and a summary post service. He always makes sure we know how to reach him if we evicted an issue post service. And reminds us of wait time post application to keep our pets safe. Care, time, expertise and great communication.
