Terrible experience. It all started well And then everything went downhill. They weren’t making their time windows, Or always getting there right at the last minute. My second to last service, I was given a window of 8 to 10 AM, At 9:59 the tech pulled up To my street and I could see him from my door window. I waited patiently for him to come in And get the service done. I could hear his music from inside the house. He just sat in his truck For 15 minutes scrolling on his phone, vaping and blaring music. Mind you, I’m already late for work because I blocked off this time for Orkin. I finally had to go out there and knock on his window for him to come inside. That’s not all. I called to Cancel my service because I had found a new provider. I was told that I needed one last Service because they require a one month notice, I said fine. They told me they would be there August 15 from 12 to 2pm. I took off those two hours from work Just to go sit At home and wait for them. At 1:34 PM I get a voicemail message from Coleman Saying that he will not be able to make it in the time frame They had scheduled for me, but that he would get there as soon as he could. I’m a busy guy. I have work to do. I can’t just leave work Whenever I please. Anyway, I went back to work Very upset. I get home and ask my wife if Orkin came by since she’d been home And she said no. We decided to go out for dinner And get some shopping done. We are in the middle of having dinner At 6:08 PM when I get a text message from Orkin saying that my tech Had arrived at my property And would begin service shortly. No heads up, No “I’m on my way”, nothing. And of course they still charged my card the $86, Even though they did not provide the service. Terrible company. Terrible service. Run From this company.

We live out in the country and had a horrible ant problem. Everyone from Orkin has been so friendly and professional from the very first call. After just the second visit, we noticed a huge difference—almost like the ants just packed up and left. It’s such a relief to finally feel like we’re winning this battle. Highly recommend!

Exterminator was polite and efficient. Took time to make sure that he was doing his best to satisfy our needs. Best service that we have experienced in a long time.

Had problems with my tech the first time I went through them and assumed since I never received another visit or anything else that everything was fine. A few years later try to restart my service and the only thing noted in my account is im a bad customer and not my multiple complaints about my tech. So if you have a good tech service may be worth it but if you have a bad tech youre a bad customer.

I really like the service! Ethan was very professional when he arrived and also had a very strong sense of humor when joking about pest hahaha! I love the affordable prices and how they are willing to work with people on a Financial level, who are dealing with house pest. I rate, so far, a five star and will be updating in the future! I recommend 100%!!!
