The Orkin technician James was friendly professional and informative. He treated the outside of the house first and discovered a few wasp nests and treated these. James then replaced the paper bug traps inside the house and checked the basement and all the other rooms inside the house. James also came early which worked well with my work schedule today. Thank you James for a job well done !! Orkin provided very good technicians who are knowledgeable, competent, professional, and who are customer service oriented.

I had a great experience with Orkin Technician Jesse. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He checked all of the sticky traps throughout our home. He also checked the sticky traps in our garage. He then sprayed the outside for spiders. Thanks so much for spraying for spiders!!! We were having really bad ant problems and Orkin has come out three times so far and thankfully I have not seen hardly any ants!!! So happy!! Thank you Jesse for the job you did today!! They were able to come same day to o deal with a massive ant problem we were having. We signed up for the full service package and look forward to our ant free/bug free home. The tech was super personable, professional, efficient, and he took some time to explain things to us to help us better understand how to help keep our yard from becoming a safe haven for the creepy crawlies we're trying to avoid.

Garrett always does a great job but this time he went above and beyond the call of duty. While inspecting my house he noticed a leak in the boiler room and called me immediately. He dumped an overflow bucket and urged me to get the plumber in immediately. Since I wasn’t planning to be home for a couple of weeks, his quick action prevented a potential disaster.

Not a good company - bad service - bad support - no way to contact the - they how up and give you no options to an actual appointment and there is no way to cancel. Most important, their bug sprays are inneffective. Buy some spray from Home Depot and avoid these scammers.

The technician, Garrett, was thorough and he shared a lot of helpful information. He spent 45 minutes spraying and foaming the inside and he sprayed the outside. He even pointed outs gap in our garage door that should be closed to prevent rodents from coming in. 5-stars!
