Our tech Bobby is awesome! We trust him 100% with our home. He’s caring and attentive to our concerns. Just being the person he is makes us confident and comfortable having him protect our home from crawlers! Orkin’s great but Bobby it the true asset to the company! Reyes so far has been excellent. He has been responsive and courteous to work with. The real test will be if our vote and pocket gopher problem is solved, but as we have only had one treatment so far and that was yesterday we will have to wait. Reyes seems very confident and knowledgeable so I am optimistic.

Matthew and Savannah did a great job of removing a hornet’s nest from my deck yesterday. It was in a difficult spot just above the sliding door and I had been stung before realizing the nest was there. Thank you both! You persevered and made an extra trip to get the proper equipment even though it was late on a Friday afternoon.

The results speak for themselves. Due to the home's location, I started with a mouse problem. Now, I have sleep-filled nights without hearing scratching in the walls. Brayden and his team addressed problem areas, managed the incoming rodents, and managed the rodents inside. Now, we are rodent-free and are addressing insects. Amazing team!

Braden is great! 5 stars to him, Very professional and knowledgeable. He’s mitigating mice, flies and ants on our property with 6 buildings. He was able to answer all my questions. Very friendly and efficient. My only complaint is the lack of communication from corporate offices in Denver and Atlanta. They schedule appointments but didn’t schedule all our buildings in same day even though the person on the phone said they would. If appointment scheduling was easier and accurate I would be giving 5 stars.
