I don’t have any pest issues but I did a preventive treatment so I don't have any issues later on. At my old job they had their services and worked perfectly so that’s why I decided to work with Orkin. We are continuing our services with them and also the mosquito treatment every month. They have very nice costumer service and the techs explain every detail and he was very polite.

Customer service agent for booking our service was top notch. Then our technician — was on time, very professional, and seemed quite thorough. He listened and had very good attention to detail. Only time will tell how effective the treatment is, but I’m optimistic. Overall very happy with their professionalism!

We've used Orkin for years and have always had good experiences w/all the techs who performed the bi-monthly treatment and the semi-annual mosquito treatment. But I have to say that our new tech Glenn Harris (License # 33584) stands out above the rest. He is professional, good humored, and on-time and always goes way beyond what I've seen past techs do over the years. His attention to detail - and consistency in performing it - is outstanding. I would highly recommend him, in addition to Orkin for employing such a great human.
