We had an unexpected issue come “crawling towards” our house due to an outside service from the city. I texted our rep thinking it would be sometime before he could come out. To our surprise Jorge found a slot of time available to come the SAME day. Our issue was resolved in a matter of hours; not days or weeks like we had anticipated. Talk about customer satisfaction!!! Wow! We are so grateful for our Orkin Rep. His prompt response and professionalism is extremely appreciated. Jorge is the epitome of what great customer service looks like.

Esak from Orkin showed up in time because there was a large spider outside my house I was scared of so I decided to call Orkin. A guy named Esak came and cleared all the webs surrounding my house and backyard, and he showed up during the arrival window as promised. He answered all my questions and eased my mind with my pest concerns. it’s only been a few hours since he’s sprayed and I can see the dead bugs and there were a lot more than I realized. great service i’m happy!

Ethan was thorough and prompt to the appointment. He even text be the day of to let me know he was coming by. He is the first person to do that since I first got the service over 6 months ago.

Cody has been out a couple of times to complete my service. All techs have been kind, polite and willing to listen to any concerns.

everything is throughly explained and is also in writing. This was my first visit and Jorge was the service person. He was so nice and took his time answering all my questions. Orkin isn’t cheap but i’m a firm believer in you get what you pay for! So far i’m satisfied but i have a year of services ahead so i hope they will be as good as todays and i hope to get Jorge back each time.

Micheal came and did an inspection for us and he was amazing and thorough, took his time and made sure all our questions and concerns were taken care of. Before we called orkin we also called terminex and they only spent 10 minutes in our house and tried to convince us we needed a treatment for $2400. We then called orkin to get a second opinion and they came out and told us we didn’t need any services instead of trying to sell us on something we didn’t need. I will definitely be recommending orkin to friends and family!

The Orkin Stockton division is okay. I’m giving them 2stars because they are good if you get the right service tech. We are in Sacramento and our techs change quite often. Our best techs were Tony and Brandon. I’m often away from home and had asked over the years that they come out on Thursday or Friday because if I’m not home the job doesn’t get done. We have bait boxes for mice that haven’t been changed since Brandon left. Both of them always did their job wether I was away or home with no excuses. I don’t know if they still even work for Orkin but I’d definitely give them 5 stars.
