Not super thrilled. I had 2 properties maintained with orkin and ended up canceling my service. I've explained what the issues were but was told the quarterly options were sufficient. I live on pastureland, I assure you quarterly is not enough. Low and behold today my interior wall is covered with hundreds of ants and im squishing black widows at least once per week. The guys were nice, sure, but im not paying you to be nice, I need effectiveness. They also would miss quite a few spots and I ended up having to supplement with spraying barrier sprays myself.

. My grandparents hired this company to treat their home for bedbugs. The technician came out, but unfortunately, the problem was never fully resolved. They were given a one-month warranty, but when they tried to call the company multiple times for a follow-up, no one returned their calls until after the warranty had expired. This was very disappointing and felt like poor customer service, especially for elderly clients who trusted them to handle the issue properly. They are in their 70's and my grandmother is on oxygen and has many serious health issues. We would not recommend this company based on our experience.

I really liked the representative that worked here today that drove from Illinois. She did a real good job of explaining what she was doing and why she was doing it. She answered all my questions respectfully. She was making sure to cover the whole house well! We're very satisfied with her work here! We were considering dropping this service before she helped us to reconsider! Thank you!

I love our Orkin man! Honestly I thought all exterminators were the same until today. It is my first time using Orkin. We just moved to Springfield, Missouri. The house we leased had some serious ants and spiders. Our techs name was Clifton, he was kind, polite, cheerful and extremely knowledgeable about spiders! He did a thorough inspection and treatment, including getting rid of all the webs and dead critters in the sills. He was great with my 4 year old grand daughter who had 1001 questions for him. He really deserves 10 stars! Thank you Clifton!

Kyle was amazing! I had a scare this morning when a black widow made her way in from old pot of flowers I brought in last night. I had a minor freak out! Well actually a HUGE freak out! I was nervous to be in my home the rest of the day. Kyle came out this afternoon. Same day service was big for my family! Other companies wanted me to wait until next week. That was a soild No for me. Kyle sprayed the inside of my home and out. Even with my cat and dogs around, he was very accommodating to make sure they were comfortable. Kyle removed old webs near the gutter of my home and did a very thorough walkthrough and explained the process of what he was doing. Very kind and made me feel at ease when he left. We also added the mosquito treatment to our other month visits in the warmer months. Couldn't be happier with the service! I can be in my home in peace and not afraid to walk around. Definitely will be telling everyone I know to use Kyle!

I can't say enough about the quick turnaround time, same day service! Michelle got the service initiated super fast and Dalton did a very thorough inspection identifying entry points and treatment. Super relieved and happy customer!

Christopher is amazing. We have been so happy with the service he delivers with a smile each time. Our reduction in pests is a testament in its own right. Thanks to Orkin we are able to enjoy our home again.

The snotty girl at the front desk that I always avoid talking to did not have management call me back yesterday or today when I told her what happened when technician travis was here at my home I asked her a question and I heard her literally pick the phone up and say well I'm sorry that happened and I was like oh wait I want you to answer my question she didn't even know what I was talking about she was not listening to me at all !!! I was literally told by travis that he had to set the snap mouse traps up with nothing on them and I said well how is that going to catch a mouse and he said well the plastic looks like cheese??? I was thinking you think the mice know what cheese looks like??? There has been a serious decline and orkin's ability to handle things and I've paid them well for almost 3 years now!!! Management not calling me back really irritates the hell out of me it's like they just don't care so I'm done with orkin!!! Also my bill is paid in full and they keep sending me Bill after Bill so they need to update their books and stop sending me a bill!!! I think they're getting ready to go out of business their service definitely reflects that!

We really feel jipped. When I called to schedule an appointment, I specifically states that we wanted the exterior of our home looked at so that possible entry points could be addressed. The guy on the phone assured this would happen, and even agreed that our issue would not be resolved unless this was done. Fast forward to our actual appointment, this wasn’t done at all! I asked the guy that came where they could be hiding inside, if he could look at some areas of concern, etc, but he didn’t. Just basically said “they’re getting in somehow” and set up a total of three traps, without any type of bait. We went ahead and sat out our own traps, due to low confidence in the way they set theirs up, and sure enough, only our traps caught anything. Anyway, just don’t waist your time and money. Choose a different company.
