We’ve been using Orkin for many years and have always had excellent service from them. The main person, who performs our service, is Kyle. He is fantastic!!! Kyle is a hard worker and very knowledgeable. He worked for upwards of a year to help resolve a serious bug problem we had after lending someone our air compressor, who apparently had an infestation at their place and we were not aware. He takes his time and is very thorough when he performs our standard service. We appreciate Kyle and Orkin.

This is a commendation for Jarvis, the young man who serviced our home today (Hindman, Little Elm, Texas). He was pleasant & professional at all times and knowledgeable about our pest problems. Honestly, he is the sort of service technician that I once expected but now find to be an extremely pleasant surprise in over 30 years of home ownership. 5 stars for Jarvis

I am very disappointed with my experience with Orkin. My initial service on September 23 cost about $170, but they only treated the outside of my home and did an attic inspection. I rent, so any attic work is ultimately up to my leasing company—but what I really needed was the inside treated. When I asked why the inside wasn’t being done, I was told it wasn’t necessary because the technician was “so good.” Sure enough, bugs started coming inside shortly after. When I called to get follow-up service, I explained (as I had from the start) that any days besides Mondays and Tuesdays don’t work for me. Still, they scheduled me on a Wednesday weeks out. By the time my appointment came, the bug problem had gotten worse. Yesterday, I got a confirmation text for today’s (October 6) appointment between 12–2pm. This morning, without notice or explanation, my appointment was moved to October 15—over a week later. When I called, the representative couldn’t even see my original appointment for today. I’ve voiced multiple times that I’m not satisfied with the service and I feel like I was rushed into a plan I didn’t ask for. I wanted a one-time treatment, not a recurring plan, and now I understand why they push people so fast. The website advertises a satisfaction guarantee, but so far that has not been honored. Overall, my experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and not worth the money.
