Service was successful. After the first 3 months of service, communication with them was horrible. I ended up late for work and other appointments because I'd wait within the window and no one would come. I'd ask for phone calls prior to someone coming to the house to ensure someone could answer the door because my mother is unable to walk to the door - no phone calls. They asked for an inspection of the home, which couldn't be done without the owner's approval. I told them to call me back that Monday prior to coming so I could ask the owner. We'll, the owner refused to allow the inspection. Again, no phone call prior to arrival so I had to cancel. When I tried to cancel my contract due to the lack of communication, they convinced me to stay. I paid with cash on the next appointment because I began to not trust them. After that, I got letters in the mail for 2 months saying I owed them money. When I called to check on this, I was always told they could see the payment on record and that I owed nothing. I still got another letter saying they'd cancel my services. Last month, I had two appointments scheduled and (again) no one came during the time slot. When I called the Orkin hotline, they told me my account had been canceled. I didn't cancel it, so who did? I didn't owe money on the account? The manager from this location was supposed to call me, but I have yet to get a phone call explaining whay happened. It's just crazy how the communication and customer service was so lack luster. I'll never use Orkin again for that reason even though they got rid of my little bug problem. I can't afford to be late to work or drs appointments waiting on them to show up and never do. Very unprofessional.

One of your drivers ran through the stop sign near Timmerman driving on 100th street and almost ran into me. I have never used your company and I sure as heck won't now.

I am extremely disappointed with Orkin's service. They have failed to show up for three scheduled appointments in a row, which is completely unacceptable. When they did actually show up, their treatments were ineffective and did nothing to solve the problem. I expected a professional service, but instead, I've been left frustrated and with the same pest issues I started with. Save your money and look elsewhere for reliable pest control. Orkin has been a complete waste of time and money. Scam company in my opinion. How do you set up 3 appointments and never show up. When you call to ask they reschedule an appointment a week later just to not show up to that one. AVOID AVOID. I have to call my bank to reverse the funds.

Do not go with Orkin. They are the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I had an appointment yesterday and Orkin had to reschedule for the next day because they got my zip code wrong. Then today my appointment was between 8-10am and at 10:10am I called Orkin because the technician never showed up. The representative said he was running behind and should be there within 20-30min. Well I waited an hour and half before I called again. This time the representative said the tech was on their way and should be there within 10 minutes. The technician still didn’t show up, so I waited another 30 minutes to call Orkin again. The rep said the technician will be to my house at 1pm. Again the technician never showed, so at 3pm, I called Orkin to cancel my service. I have never dealt with such poor service before.

Because of his professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine commitment to helping us, he has earned our loyalty and our contract moving forward.

Well, this was my first experience with bedbugs that we found out somebody transferred to our house and I will be the first to say I am traumatized by this, but the staff at Orkin are beyond amazing. From the first time they sent somebody out to assess everything named Dexter, to the guys who are coming out doing the sprain, especially a man named Dave, who was so efficient. Unfortunately, for us these little buggers, no pun intended, don’t want to leave our home and so then the branch manager named Rob Lee came out to our home And I can’t say enough about this man. He also got a hold of the regional manager named Nick, and between the two of them, they are determined to clear up this problem, which is almost to that ending point but with that being said, they are not giving up on me. They are very hard-working people, and even the girls who answer the phone and customer service are so friendly and helpful and understanding. Yes, they are worth the price you have to pay because they are not giving up untileverything is cleared. It was very hard for us to have to throw out all of our living room, furniture and bedroom set and some other furniture we had upstairs because not everybody has a bank account with lots of money to do this. We are moving forward with the help of all the Orkin guys and especially Rob Lee. Whoever hired these guys did a great job on making Nick the regional manager and Rob the branch manager. I just can’t say enough about them and I did want to reach out to the CEO of Orkin but nobody seems to have that contact info so I hope that they see this and do something for Rob and Nick. I suggest if you ever have any kind of bug issue that you do call Orkin because I know from experience that they 1000% stay behind you until the issue is controlled.

I had an appointment set up for a visit on Friday morning and no one showed. I then called to inform them and to reschedule for the following Monday 9-11am window and no one showed nor called. I once again called to inform them and the representative was most understanding and said she would personally call the technician and guaranteed they would show up between 4-6 pm on Monday. Once again no-one showed nor called. Needless to say I was a little upset, having to stay home for 3 appointment windows each 2 hours long and have no one show. I called again this morning to talk with a manager and was told they would call me back! I simply cannot recommend this company. While they are lovely in the phone, their workers are completely unreliable. I will be switching to Batzner/ Terminix.
