The techs have been great but not the customer service! Overbooking us and still no service!!! So we heard mice in the wall and called Orkin to get an estimate. Inspector came out and was finishing up, having us sign the contract when I get a text that the tech will be there soon. I was confused as the tech had just left, but I thought maybe there was a delay in the message. Nope, tech arrives and we turn him away because this is all really weird and off-putting. We call Orkin and verify and the first guy was an inspector and we were set up for service right away. We were somehow double booked and already signed up for services with Orkin and the inspector would cancel the contract we just signed. That was the only time I had signed a contract, we only recently moved into our first home so it's not like it was from some time ago. They said they would reschedule and we both work many hours so I told them I would call back to reschedule later. Last night, I get a text from Orkin saying we have service tomorrow. I didn't reschedule and have a conflict of interest! So I call this morning and reschedule for next week. I get a confirmation text that's services were cancelled and a few hours later a text that our tech was on his way. I called Orkin again and they assured me it was rescheduled. The tech showed up. We had to turn him away and he was very apologetic and understanding. He even showed us the active order form he had on his phone. I'm so fed up that they took my credit card information, booked days and times without my consent, multiple people have been out to my house due to lack of communication between dispatch and the techs, I'm supposed to get charged for each service but haven't received service yet, but wouldn't be surprised if I do get charged because Orkin can't seem to communicate and follow through properly. I had voiced my concerns over the phone this morning about being double booked AGAIN the woman on the phone was very flippant and dismissive of my concerns. Overall disappointed and I think I will be calling to cancel my services and switch to another company with better communication.

The service was great! Everyone from the customer service person who set up the appointment to Jimmy our Orkin professional that came out to the house was great and communicated well with great details and took great care of our property and issues.

I highly recommend Orkin! We were referred by our friends, who also use Orkin, and I continue to be impressed by their service quality and customer service. Our Orkin Pro, Gio, is unmatched! He is friendly and efficient. I have talked to a few different representatives on our phone, as well. Each person gave me gave me outstanding 10/10 service.

Orkin, control technician Erek, was very professional, respectful, informative, friendly and he completed a thorough inspection on my home. He provided many helpful tactics advice and after he placed the bait traps down right after he I caught another mice in a trap I had placed down. I've been in my home for 25 years and this is the first time I've caught 3 mices at one time. I believe the flood here in Wisconsin is the cause, because this totals 6 mices in 25 years, so I'm sure there's more and I can't wait until Orkin helpfully remove them all.

Marquay is an exceptional specialist. Extremely knowledgeable, offered in depth explanations of products and services and was more than willing to answer any of my grandmothers questions. He was very thorough in his inspection and payed attention to even the smallest details in effort to curate the best possible method of treatment. It’s safe to say he’s officially the go to Orkin guy for our family.

Quick appointment. Not too expensive. Front end service team was professional along with the young man who came to my residence was very professional answering all my questions. Definitely would recommend.

Would not recommend Orkin for wasp extermination. The Good: Called about a wasp issue and they were able to get someone scheduled to come out within a few hours. Everyone I spoke with was kind. The Bad: The assigned person never showed during the time slot. But after I reached out, they were able to get someone else out to help me later in the day. After arrival, they confirmed there were wasps entering and exiting a bathroom vent. They said they would not be able to do anything themselves. Instead they gave me recommendations to deal with the problem myself? (Still not exactly sure why they couldn't help me.) After they left I took their advice and sealed off the interior AND exterior vent in attempt to trap & starve the wasps. Several days later the issue is much worse. I called a different pest control company and they told me "sealing off the exterior is the worst possible thing you could have done. Wasps will find a new way back outside if they are trapped." In conclusion... Orkin has nice/kind employees, but seemed inexperienced and ineffective at dealing with wasps.

Dexter was the man that came out and he was fabulous. He tried to put me at ease. My husband is a Vietnam veteran and I asked for a military discount & he felt bad he couldn’t give me more but it was still a little something and we greatly appreciated it. I’m still waiting to hear back on whether they can come tomorrow to resolve our issues and the price seemed high but we’ve never had problems like this before so I don’t know if it’s high or not for the actual job. The assessment was only $103 but the job total was a lot more than we ever expected.
