Orkin Pro Manny was so kind and very helpful! Felt very comfortable after we walked through the areas being service. Overall great service, even the woman who helped me set up over the phone.

Spoke with Dillon to get everything scheduled, he was very helpful and efficient. I thought it would be hard to follow up such a pleasant conversation, but then our tech Gabriel showed up and crushed it! He was kind, professional, and didn’t rush his way through anything. Provided ample information about the service and I can’t say enough positive things about these guys. Great experience all around thanks to this location!

Very pleased with my Orkin experience so far. This was the first termite treatment of a five year contract. From Brian who came for my initial inspection to Ulises who treated my home I am very happy. They were clean, professional and communicated the scope of the work quite well. I did my research and was glad I chose Orkin!

Jeffrey is on time and very thorough. Excellent service. The quarterly service has made all the difference in our home.

Wasted 30 mins of my life today rescheduling our Orkin appointment when the tech didn’t show up during the 2 hour scheduled window, or provide a courtesy text or phone call to inform us he’s late. Called the main number to reschedule for the next day- — 15 mins lost of my time. Leave the house, return an hour later and receive an email Orkin guy came and “completed” the service, which of course was outside only, since we weren’t home. Another 15 mins waiting on hold before finally speaking with a customer service person who doesn’t see anything in the file regarding my earlier telephone call. Wait longer for a mgr, who apologies (good) and confirms the appointment for the following day. Ugh. If the guy tomorrow isn’t fantastic we’re gone. No pride in work.

I don’t recall the name of the man that came but he was great! Super sweet and helpful. Great experience!
