Keith did an excellent job treating for the yellow jacket invasion we've been dealing with. He was very thorough, helpful, and brave. I'm so grateful he's going to be our regular expert for having our house sprayed every other month. The pricing is also very affordable. I'm so glad we went with Orkin!

Seth came out today and it was such a great experience. He walks us through how the process would go and what to expect afterwards. Also made sure to tell us he will give a follow up call to ensure the issue of the yellow jackets has been taken care of. He was very polite and we will be using them again if we need to in the future!

Fred was very professional and kind. The service is always very quick to complete. Hate to use chemicals but have to keep the spiders out of house. The service also helps with stink bugs! Actually Orkin has protected our home from rodents as well as bugs. Since they secured our home with their rodent protection we have zero mice. Even living by field n woods! Appreciate Fred today!

When I scheduled my very first appointment with Orkin it was an 8am-10am arrival window. The technician did not show up to our home until 3 hours later after 1pm. We didn’t receive a call or a text informing us that he would be running late NOTHING. I ended up calling them, I was very nice about it asking when we should be expecting our technician to be here. The guy who answered the phone I think his name was Cody. He was so rude to me and my husband caught an attitude with us making us feel like it was our fault for why his technician isn’t here on time. So we were like okay… let’s see how the technician does. The first technician we had did a terrible job he was lazy and barely sprayed anything. We still had the same amount of spiders coming in 2 weeks later. We called them back told them we were unhappy with our technician. They ended up sending another guy out his name was Adam. He was a nice guy and he did a great job. We were scheduled again with him for this month. The day of my appointment I called in to make sure I was still scheduled. They didn’t text or call me AGAIN to let me know that my appointment was canceled. The representative informed me that there was some personal issues to why the technician wasn’t available and that they were very stressed out and extremely busy that day. That’s totally fine, I understand things happen in life but I am a customer and you are a business. This is not a personal matter. Also completely out of the blue without even informing me they increased my bill from $51 to $104 they previously told me otherwise that I would only be paying $51 a month. After that they then told me that they put me on the schedule for next Friday without even ASKING me first. I told them I didn’t want to reschedule I want to cancel. She then proceeded to tell me I have to give them 30 days notice to cancel. I didn’t agree to any of this. She then got really stressed out and finally agreed to just cancel me. This company is extremely unorganized and highly unprofessional. What a NIGHTMARE it was dealing with them. Never again will I use this company for any of my pest control needs. Thankfully, I was able to find a much better company to use. Save yourself the headache and stay away from this company.
