Really lucked out when Garnet came for my first Orkin service. He was very thorough and listened to all of my concerns and asked if I had any questions throughout the process. He looked in the attic and sprayed and also sprayed the entire house, garage, and outside area. I signed up for quarterly service which isn’t as expensive as one time service but it’s well worth it to have the house serviced by a reputable company. I was extremely pleased with this visit from Orkin.

Driver showed up late, did not arrive during arrival window. Also rat traps were put on attic a couple of visits ago due to some rat droppings that were seen . The guy that initially put up the rat traps did not put bait on them I was told by the guy who came to check them so he put bait on the traps , those have not been checked yet. I still have small ants in the bathroom and kitchen. They put a small trap with clear liquid in them last time they were here which you can find at Home Depot and the ants are still there running around the cleat trap. But you can bet I’m going to get a bill for the visit where the driver showed up late and I was not home. Pics are of the ants.
