Jimmy is simply the best. He’s so meticulous, he finds the root to the problem, and goes above and beyond to help us. We tried other pest control and none have the level of customer service or attention to detail like Orkin and specifically Jimmy. Highly recommend!

I could not be more disappointed with Orkin's commercial services. I chose Orkin for my business as I use them for my home and thought that I would receive a similar level of service. After signing a contract with a recommended add on service for mosquitos, I have had issues. I have reached out several times to my account manager and to the branch manager with no response. I canceled the blower service (mosquito service) and was still billed. As of today, I have yet to hear from anyone other than the customer service rep that I spoke to when I called in. Customer support was much better when they were trying to gain my business. I may not be a large business, however I expected the same level of service as I am a paying customer.

I’ve been using Orkin for this past year and I’m extremely happy with my service. My orkin pro Troy is extremely friendly and always on time. He always follows up on what my previous concerns were around the house and goes out of his way to make sure that everything is as perfect as it can be. I highly recommend Troy as your service provider he’s fantastic!
