Receptionist Sharon seems to be a common complaint, they won’t get back to you 90% of the time you have to call 5 times before getting someone to help. Billy does a pretty good job if he gets the message to come help, however the first time I had them out for the same issue i am facing now there was a lack of preparedness and the problem wasn’t investigated or solved thoroughly enough, even after my insistence on how they needed to check the roof. (Spoiler alert it was the roof that raccoons were coming in through)

The lady's I spoke with on the phone were very nice, professional, and very helpful. The gentleman that came out to my house was very polite, very knowledgeable, and very very helpful. They were on time and helped us get the services done as quickly as possible! I would definitely use them again.

Billy come over one day and did a halfway decent job and then he said he still needed to come back again. He wanted to come on a Thursday and I told him to come on Friday because I wouldn't be home on Thursday. We had a time setup for Friday. Then he showed up on Thursday. After I told them I didn't want to reschedule he made an appointment without even talking to me. His secretary called me and left a voicemail and I had less than one day to get it canceled. Because of them showing up on the wrong day and scheduling an appointment without talking to me first.... And when I called to cancel the Secretary didn't apologize for any of their mistakes. Because of this I believe Orkin is a very unprofessional company.

Great customer service and really prompt showed up at the time they said would definitely use them again and refer them to family and friends

Would have gotten a better star rating but when the service technician left, he left my gate open. I have 4 dog that if I didn’t check, I would have been chasing dog all over.

Billy over at Orkin always does an amazing job. He’s also very professional and a great guy.
