I’ve been really impressed with Orkin in Waco, especially with our technician, Dakota. He’s extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable, just an all-around great guy to work with. He takes the time to explain things clearly and makes the whole process easy. The branch also does a good job of getting someone out quickly when needed. My only concern is that around the holidays it can be hard to reach anyone, which is why I gave four stars instead of five. Overall, Dakota and the Waco team provide dependable service and I appreciate their work!

I have had a repeated raccoon problem & contacted Orkin. The representative Jacob came the same day! The crew did an excellent job of remediation & restoring my attic to a safe environment. But a few months later the raccoons decided to revisit my attic. Again Orkin was very prompt & came that. The crew inspected & did a great job of additional safe guards. I heard a random raccoon again. I contacted Orkin Jacob immediately came to my house & inspected & made me feel comfortable by finding no raccoons in the attic but were still outside. Thank goodness!! I would recommend Orkin & Jacob to anybody for any pest control problems. Mark is very knowledgeable and very attentive of the needs of our home. Takes the time to listen and answer our questions. Always kind and respectful. Does his job thoroughly. I believe Mark is a great asset to Orkin

Working with this company has been so easy. Everyone was so professional. Jacob Harwell especially. On a Friday night, not only did Jacob respond quickly but was able to get my home treated and back to normal by Saturday. Jacob even game out for a 2nd inspection 7 at night and was able to address concerns buyers were having with my home. Jacob is not only professional, but a hard worker and someone you can count on. I will always use Orkin now especially from this experience.

I appreciate Christopher who has come to our house 2 times in a role. He is always cheerful when covering my assigned Tech's job. He is very respectful, and thorough with his work. He does a great job spraying generously inside and outside of our house.
