They came and gave us an inspection this week. Only thing, he didn't really do an inspection. He measured the footage of the house and immediately went to having to get tented and there was nothing else he could do. He was rude and left fairly quickly. We had 2 other people come from different companies and tenting was not necessary at all and the prices were much more reasonable than them. Do not waste your time.

So, there's some good to note with PT. The customer service team was very responsive and set up an inspection promptly. Our inspector arrived at the early end of the estimate, conducted a thorough inspection of about an hour. Where it went downhill fast was the rundown. We received a hefty estimate. The inspector noted that "we don't even consider work unless it's $2,200 minimum." I guess I appreciate the honesty, but it's also shutting down many opportunities. Say, if we only "needed" $800 of work, you'd tell us to look elsewhere? Or would you inflate it to $2,200 to make it worth Pacific Termite's effort? Given this was on the high end of estimates, needless to say, we turned elsewhere.

I had extensive termite repairs which included roof damage to my 3000 sq ft house. Pacific Termite was extremely professional and made sure to complete the job in the necessary timeframe. The work crew was polite and efficient. The work was done beautifully and myself and the buyer were very satisfied. Every question and request I made was satisfied.

Just had the work done by Pacific Termite and couldn't be happier. The inspection was done by Sam, who crawled around the entire attic spaces (something the Terminix inspectors did not do when we worked with them in the past). Sam clearly explained what he found (with photos) and his recommendations, which did not include tenting (which was great since we have a ceramic tile roof which is damaged during tenting, doubling the cost of the work). I worked with Jennifer in the office, who was great. The men (Pacific Termite employees) who did the work were also terrific. They explained what they were doing, were efficient and courteous, and the clean-up was perfect. Two-year warranty on the entire house also a bonus.

Scott and everyone I dealt with at Pacific Termite did a great job. Getting the house tented and having to move out is never easy but they did everything to make the whole process as painless as possible, including dealing with the Gas company before and after. Everything happened quickly and on time, Scott answered all my questions before and after the work was done. I highly recommend Scott and Pacific Termite.
