Had a last minute emergency with pests, and being we have two little kids at home we needed to make a decision, fortunately we were able to get in contact with Andy and he came out on a Sunday to service my family’s needs. I have previously used this company when we saw two mice on two separate occasions. We wanted to nip it in the bud. They came out the next day and sealed all entrances and did weekly inspections. We haven't had an issue since. Recently we had issues with bugs. Again I called them, they came out within 2 days and arrived right on time. Josue was amazing. He was very detailed and answered every question I had. This whole company is amazing. From the owner, Josh, the receptionist, Chantelle and anyone who works there. I highly recommend.

Can not speak highly enough about Pal Pro - they were so responsive and efficient. Josue our technician was lovely. He was very informative and thorough. The exterior of our home and our backyard, play structure had become covered in spiders and webs and he made sure to tackle every last web (even crawling inside the playhouse). We are using regular bi-monthly service now which is very reasonable to ensure our yard is safe spider/bug free for the kiddo. It made such a difference. Very happy all around.

Josue was on time, patient with all of my questions, responsive to my feedback and explained everything in detail. Most importantly he was reassuring with his assessments of the situation in my home. Andy from PAL Pro Pest was great to work with. He was on time, communicative, and answered all of my questions. I received a termite fumigation and the pricing was great. Would definitely reccomend using their services.
