Ms Anna Lewis presented herself with perfect charm, dignity and professional grace when she appeared at my front door on Wed, August 13 representing Palisade Pest Control. This was her first time at my door but I knew who she was when I saw her beautiful white Palisade Pest Control pickup truck parked on my street. None the less, Anna introduced herself and her mission. I asked her if she had seen the YARD OF THE MONTH Terry Heights sign that was posted at the entrance to my front yard for which I was very pleased and proud to have received from my neighborhood authority and will be allowed to keep for the entire month of August. I was impressed by Anna's enthusiastic response saying that she had seen the sign. Then she asked me if I had any pest control concerns for her to pay attention to. I liked that she was aware that I had made a request by phone for the service person to spray inside my back yard shed. Then she got down to business and covered the entire outside of my house, in short fashion, while I opened the shed and the utility closest on the back porch. I then went about my business inside and left the front and back storm doors opened so that I could carry on with my house work and see if she had any concerns or questions outside. I was very impressed how quickly she went about her work and how how soon she was finished and was back at my front porch telling me that the next service would be in three months as she gave me a card and asked me to to go online and leave a comment on her work and the service she provided. As you might have noticed, I was very pleased. Thank you Anna and Palisade Pest Control. I regret that I was so business inside doing my own work that I forgot to take any pictures.

I see my review from last year was removed, so here it goes again for the exact same reason. Your sales reps do not take no for an answer, and they trespass on private property, walking by not one but two no soliciting signs. This happened three times last year and now again this year, even after I have called your office and told them to remove my address from your sales sheets or whatever you use. Today, we don't answer the door so your guy journeys into my yard looking for someone. It took me telling him no four times before he left. The next time one of your reps comes onto my property I'm calling the police.

Adam was very professional in every aspect and was able to answer all my questions. He did a splendid job and I would enjoy having him back I the future. The young lady who initially came to our door to solicit us for your company was also charming and professional and I am having a senior moment and can’t remember her name.

Andrew provided outstanding service. He came out late on a Friday and thoroughly inspected both the house and yard, ensuring all spider webs were removed and the property was fully protected against pests. His dedication and attention to detail were excellent. I will definitely request him again.

Parker and Adam were absolutely fantastic! They were professional, thorough, and made sure I was informed every step of the way. They answered all my questions with patience and clarity, and their attention to detail really stood out. It’s such a relief to have a team that genuinely cares about the quality of their work. Highly recommend!

Stanley came to do our treatment today and was quick and respectful. He made sure to double check that everything we needed was done before leaving. I was very happy with his professionalism
