Sales reps going door to door either incapable or unwilling to read and adhere to a no soliciting and no trespassing sign posted at the two extremes of a small yard. Not taking no for an answer and then asking for more info to come back and talk to the other resident. Sales representative gave her name as Hannah. Actually said she was surprised we hadn’t had someone offer already as she stood beside a free standing sign telling all sales reps we don’t want what you’re selling. Thanks for the great service, really trust people with poison when they can’t be bothered to read a sign protecting them from danger. Maybe the pretty colors are all they need to feel what’s safe?

Was so impressed with Steve who came out to help us spray for spiders. It was not our normal time but I called to get an extra service. Steve was so thorough with spraying every place in my house and explained everything he was doing. He mentioned a couple things he wasn't able to do this time around because I was cooking and I was so impressed with all that he wanted to do for me. I would absolutely love to have Steve as my full time person that comes every time.

The gentleman that came to my home Nate D. Was extremely friendly and explained everything to me that the first guy did not. He handled himself very professionally and very politely. Before leaving he made sure I understood everything and asked if I had any questions. Nate D. Also wrote a report of what he did and didn't do and made sure I had the information I needed to contact them if I had any questions or problems. I would rate his customer service skills at a 10 but they only let me do 5. It was a very nice experience they should be very proud to have him representing their business.

Josiah was great! He showed up right on time and did a thorough job with our first service. He was very professional, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I really appreciated his attention to detail and clear communication. Looking forward to continuing service with them!

Steve did an outstanding job! He was incredibly thorough, while also taking the time to fog the yard and trees—not just a quick spray by the doors like the last technician. On top of that, he was super nice and friendly, which made the experience even better. The difference in service was night and day. From now on, I ONLY want Steve to handle our pest control. Highly recommend him if you want it done right the first time!

Steve did a great job for us today!! We called for an extra service prior to our 3 month appointment. He fogged our backyard and was the first to spray our crawl space which was much needed and appreciated. Very friendly and knowledgeable!! We would request for him to be our permanent technician.

Listen, anyone struggling with bed bugs might find themselves overwhelmed with information and the financial strain of treatment. Underwhelmed by the options to treat them. I was told so many different discouraging things. Like it's impossible to get rid of them in a mobile home with chemicals, only a $2,000 heat treatment will be effective but we can't guarantee it's effectiveness. Jaw drop. I've been told that heat treating is becoming dangerous to the integrity of the home. So where do you turn? This is why I lived with it for so long! But after I was injured in a car accident and couldn't keep up with my cleaning and population control, I was ready for professional help. At $1 per square foot, is a pretty good rate even got a discount since I had seriously decluttered my home and had no couch. The price you pay is for 3-4 treatments. They are one of the few that guarantee their work! Which is what sold me. Careful, I was told 90 day guarantee then later told 30 day, but they still took care of me. After the first and second treatment there was such a difference. And now, I can't believe I can say this after so many years struggling.... THEY'RE GONE!! Thank you so much Palisades!! You gave me peace and comfort. You gave me back my home.
