Patrick Hunter was my service tech today. Very professional and knowledgeable. He was truly concerned about my ant problem and research what I could do to help alleviate the problem. He was a very polite gentleman and truly loves his job. I have been very impressed with Palisade Pest Control.

Parker from Palisade exceeded every expectation. From the moment he arrived, his professionalism stood out. He was not only incredibly knowledgeable and confident in the services he was providing, but also made the entire experience feel seamless and stress-free. Parker was thorough, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his work — all while keeping a positive attitude and a genuine smile the whole time. If you’re looking for someone who actually knows how to get the job done and make you feel good about it, he’s your guy. And yes—he’s seriously good at killing bugs.

Wow! Palisade Pest Control! Never let this guy go! STANLEY IS AWESOME! He is so kind, very thorough, and explains all the things he does. He sprayed for spiders, treated the yard, in the rain, and checked all the mouse bait traps with a smile on his face! He has a great attitude!

Had service for 4 months and even had them come out an extra time. Saw NO change in insect activity. They can't even handle ants?? They offer to come out as much as needed, but they will tell you to wait two weeks after a spray to give it some time to work. This felt like stalling to me. They of course force you into a 12 month contract from the get go so it cost me another $225 to cancel my service. They don't respond to emails either. Gave 2 stars because the service guys were professional in person. This was an expensive lesson.
