Our carpenter ants are completely gone! We hired another company and they came more than once. Instead of decreasing, the ants increased. That company could not fix our problem. I called Palouse Empire Pest Control because I had large quantities of mouse droppings in my farm shop, but I was unable to catch the mice. Brad came out and instantly recognized that my problem was BATS not mice, despite my protestations that there were NEVER any bats in my shop. We hired Brad to take care of a spider problem in our ground floor apartment. Unfortunately 50 days later the spiders are still an issue. When my wife called about the continued problem, Brad mansplained to her how there was no way we still had spiders and that we were wrong. Mansplaining aside, we still have a spider problem and now need to hire another service provider. The warranty PEPC provided says that the service is guaranteed, which is inaccurate and misleading. Do not trust PEPC, as Brad will argue with your and tell you how you are wrong.
