My initial questions were all answered. Pricing was straight forward. Scheduling was easy. Communication was friendly, professional, and timely. Service was excellent and on time! Rod even left some sticky traps in possible high traffic areas so we can tell if/when the insects and/or spiders start coming back. Thank you Tabitha and Rod! They show up when they say they are coming and go about their task efficiently. The person came to the door when finished to let me know what they had done and what, if any creatures were found. They also gave me advice on what to do if any creatures came out later. They also made note of the fact I have a dog and made sure to not use any harmful chemicals near them. Great company!

We've had monthly service with patriot since 2023, When we moved here. Our home is past free. Kevin is out "bug guy"- he's very friendly, nice guy. Great customer service. Highly recommend this company.
