Never again. I went in to this contract thinking it would be a solution to the wasps and spiders around my home. Since they started charging me for services i have been stung by a wasp and have had to remove several huge spiders from INSIDE my home. When i contacted the man that darkened my doorstep with this fake service my request for a follow up was ignored after two text messages informing the serviceman of the ongoing issue. The audacity to force someone to pay to get out of a contract that YOU DID NOT FULLFILL is low. Enjoy the $200+ I had to pay to be rid of this scam service.

Didn't tell me or my wife anything about a year package and signed us up for it. Called to stop service and they told me I owed a 160 early termination fee. We asked them to spray once and have been charged 4 times for one visit. Do not use they are crooks.

Reliable, knowledgeable, reasonable, and such a pleasure to work with. The guy who takes care of my place has the work ethic of an older generation. It's so nice to see. It's a family owned business and though I haven't met other family members I can tell you this guy was raised right. Put it this way - if you don't chose Patriot Pest Solutions it really is your loss and you're missing out. I don't do reviews but their service inspired me to. Thank you for all you do Cooper & Patriot Pest. And I have to say....to the lady that said their reviews are fake.....I'd love the opportunity to set you straight. I'm sure all the other reviewers would too. They really are that good.

Since signing up for service-we have received expert treatment solutions for mosquitoes & wasps outside and never see any pests inside. Superior customer service, prompt and consistent scheduling. Highly recommend this business.

I am pretty indifferent regarding them, they came to the door one day and offered me a great deal for pest control service around the home. The billing I have in writing to get billed once every 4 months when they would spray but I was getting billed monthly. When I called about it I told them i don’t want my money back just come and do the service about 2 weeks later he came out and his sprayer was broken so he wasn’t able to finish spraying and he left the mouse bait by the front door with verbal instructions of what to do with the bait. He told me he would be back Monday to finish everything and I would not be charged. Monday came and he never came back but I was still charged. I sent a text message and finally got a call and was told their truck was down and they were behind again I understand things happen, about a week later they came out again and sprayed but they were supposed to do the inside and didn’t and I wasn’t supposed to be charged and I was 🤦🏾‍♀️ once again I call and he said “oh I’m not sure let me look at it” I didn’t get a refund but kept getting notifications of a charge attempt I finally just said send me invoices and I will pay as they come. They agreed, then while I was working I see them walking through my yard spraying 🤯 so now I’m really confused on what’s happening here, I never got an further communication so to be honest I don’t know why they stopped showing up and why I never got an invoice 🤷🏾‍♀️. They are Great people and they do great work just in the admin side need a little more organization, I would say give them a try just make sure you have clear communication to begin with.
