    Jaxon, our tech, was so helpful! We just moved into a new home and had a lot of wasp nests, spiders, and ants. He was professional and friendly and I really appreciated that he explained the process to us. Great company!

    We recently had an infestation of spiders and earwigs after our house was rewired. We called peak pest control and they came out same day and sprayed inside and out. We are very pleased with their prices, services and professionalism. Our technician Caleb was amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking pest control!

    Yesterday I called Peaks wanting a price quote and signed up for service. They were able to get a tech out the next day! Jaxon showed up this morning and was very professional and asked what trouble pests I had and were. He was extremely thorough. If this is the service to expect I will be a very happy customer!!!

    They had an appointment to come. They sent paperwork that a I signed. My family spent the evening preparing for their visit. We also cleared our schedule. They need never showed up. I called and they said I had to sign and initial the paperwork for them to fulfill their appointment.. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t communicate that they needed more than my signature but the initials were required and missing. They were totally disrespectful of our time.

    Not happy with the service we received. Your technician left the gate open & our dogs got out into the streets. It took us several hours to find them. I do not want this guy back in my home. He needs to learn to leave things as they were when he first arrived. Paying attention to the small details is what keeps a customer for life.

    Jackson came at 8 am on a Saturday! Gave a thorough and detailed explanation of what he would be doing. Answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. Seems very experienced and very professional. Extremely happy with our service.

    After using Peak for a few years we canceled our services with the company. They wanted to treat the yard and inside of the house while it was raining AND after we asked to reschedule due to sickness in the home. It makes sense to reschedule instead of sending a technician to our house twice. Because of policy they can’t reschedule and send the tech out once, but they can send their technician out twice. Even after being explicitly clear that we don’t want them at our house due to reasons listed above, they tried to demand servicing the outside. There are plenty of pest control companies and people looking to grow their business. Maybe it’s time for a customer service overhaul at PEAKs. The one who answered the call and the manager were both disrespectful and said they’d be happy to cancel for us 😂 Why are you happy to lose a customer?!

    I've been using Peak Pest Control for about 6 years now. They have amazing customer service! Their service techs always do a thorough job. The prices are very reasonable and not only do they spray around the house exterior, but they also spread granules around the house's lawn perimeter. I absolutely love their free re-spray policy for between scheduled services. I only need that once a year, usually in July. All the other months I only see a handful of bugs get inside my home--far less than when I used to try spraying bug spray myself! I highly recommend trying them out!

    Don't honor guarantee and what they promise over the phone and what their technicians actually do is starkly different. We don't leave reviews often, but this mistake to try peak per control for a year cost ended up being $$$$ money and I don't want other people to make the same mistake! They offered a full service and complete service we thought would be worth it. The first time they came out they were here for about 10 minutes and didn't do half of what they promised on the phone and in the contact for that first visit. When I called to cancel because the service was just horrible really, they said their have we're tied and had to charge an extra $300+ for cancelling... Even though they didn't hold up their end. After the first service, we still had plenty of spiders wasps and a diversity of other bugs around our house. We gave it 2 weeks and they came back out and they did very minimal again. Never touching our eaves cleaning up any cobwebs hornet's nest nothing. They didn't even go up on her back deck or go around the house with the spray. Knowing sometimes it takes time we allow for one more service, this guy seemed more competent and was here for longer and did more things, however we still have wasps in the specific area we told them about and have seen bugs around the house and on the porches. When I called to cancel the service, they told me they were going to charge me the discount they gave me at the beginning, which is almost $400. That initial visit that cost me $400 took 10 mins and didn't address any of the bug problems we had. When we signed up I tried to make it clear that we lived on an acre surrounded by fields, they promised the Moon 😉 now they tell me their guaranteed doesn't actually mean anything and because I agreed to try for a year they are going to charge me that money before they cancel. Just not very impressed. They even acknowledged the first service person wasn't good and he doesn't work there anymore, however they never made of the services I didn't receive that was why the first service was so costly, admitting it was their problem but not fixing it on my end, just there end. Sad. Phone people=great salesman unfortunately they don't actually do the work.

    TLTR: Misleading about expertise of fleas. Lack of communication to the technicians. Manipulative phrasing about cancelation policy. Pushy sales people. Overpriced for what the service actually is. Inconvenient hours of operation. Lazy technicians. My situation is a little unique. My wife and I found fleas on our dog and in our home after visiting Oregon a few years back. We spent almost a year fighting them on our own with home remedies. After a while I became desperate and called the professionals. Upon my initial call they made a few things clear; they've dealt with fleas often and before, they would treat inside and outside of my home for fleas only. and something I'm fairly certain I made extra sure of was that I could cancel my year long "subscription" at any time. As the treatments followed the technicians never seemed to be in the loop about our situation and it was like pulling teeth the get anyone to treat inside the home which is all I really cared about cause thats where our flea problem was. When they did come in, they would spend 2 minutes max on spraying the corners of the room. Often they would have to come back the next day because they didn't bring the right chemicals for indoors. I also asked every tech about how often they treat fleas and they all said they had never done it before and thay they didn't even have a chemical for fleas and they were just using the one for mosquitoes (btw my yard still has a ton of mosquitoes). After a while I gave up trying to get them to treat inside. As time went on the problem was not getting better. We changed our dogs flea medicine and that is what fixed our problem in addition to our home remedies. So I go to cancel my subscription and they inform me that they don't do cancelations. Rex listened back to my original phone call, told me I was wrong, and that there is nothing they are willing to do to help me. They charged me 320 dollars just to cancel. I never would have initially signed on if I wasn't mislead about the cancellation policy or if I had known how much of a headache it was going to be to get anyone on the same page as me. Not to mention they kept pushing a yard and weed treatment over the phone when I repeatedly told them I was not intetested. I feel very scamed by peak pest control. Would never recommend to anyone.
