CHECK THEIR BETTER BUSINESS BERUAE (BBB) RATING BEFORE SIGNING CONTRACT. I take care of my parents and they had a door to door person sign up my parents home without me there a few months ago. They have an incredibly sub par service and make them pay for unnecessary extra expenses such as treating their yard for ants which is the entire reason they called them out anyway and wasp nest removal? Isn’t that why they’re paying you monthly for treatment? On top of this, we have tried canceling numerous times and the owner makes you have to call them in order to cancel which was not what is stated in their contract. Peak specifically has in writing that in order to cancel, you can send in written notice after signing the contract. This is not the sales rep doing this, THE OWNER is giving fake clauses in their contract stating their customers must call and pay $300+ and jump through various other hoops to cancel services they are barely even receiving. If you don’t pay these fees, they send you to collections agencies that dock your credit score as well apparently. Stay as far away from them as possible. Reading other reviews it looks like others have terrible experiences as well. Technicians spend less than 10 minutes treating per job as well. Highly suggest using CAD for pest needs

Once again spot on customer service from Hashim! Punctual and I do appreciate that not only did Hashim explain this process (have a mouse problem here) but he also listened to my concerns which is important and I so appreciate his knowledge and professionalism. I'm sure Daniel did a great job but he was done so quickly I didn't get a chance to go over what he did while he was here. It says in his report that he sprayed the perimeter of the house as well as the eaves and the fenceline. I was in my office and only heard him go down the south side of my home one time while he was spraying under the eaves. It would have been nice if he could have taken a minute after he was done to review what he did. Just a thought. Thanks

Devan M. was our technician and did an awesome job! Asked all the right questions and addressed all the issues we had. Went above and beyond and followed up with a call to make sure no issues or ants had come back! Much appreciated!

DONT USE THIS COMPANY. I have used this company for over 2 years and today was the final straw. In addition to other things they often showed up outside the specified times scheduled. This morning they showed up early and proceeded to spray our baby’s car seat as shown in the video. I went out and touched the car seat and the backside was all wet with the poison. The technician and management denied it being sprayed despite it being wet and said it was my fault for leaving it outside. I spoke to the owner and he said they would only pay to clean the carseat if I agreed to sign a contract to stay with them another year. they are CARELESS and DISHONEST CROOKS.

Devon was here today for our quarterly maintenance. He was extremely courteous and polite in explaining what he was going to do. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and helped me understand why he doing it. He completed the service as requested and we got what we paid for. Thanks to Devon for his quality service.
