Lead tech needs a promotion to Lead Salesman. I called Pearson because my water heater was leaking FROM THE PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE, upon arrival the "Lead" Technician takes about 10 seconds to reach his hand into the inspection port and says "oh yeah this insulation is all soaking wet, your tank is cracked." Completely ignoring the dripping water from the pressure relief valve/pipe and also me telling him that it has shut off 3+ times with a Valve Fault code. Technician ignores my statements and goes into a speel about how my water heater was installed in 2017 and only had 6 year warranty and that it's basically at its "fail point" anyways and should just be replaced. Proceeded to quote me approx $2100, and $2300 for 40 and 50gal replacement respectively. I took the time to price out replacement units which were approx. $650-$850 depending on brands/size/warranty etc. According to a licensed plumber and some Internet sleuthing, I found the Average replacement time for a tanked water heater is approx 3hrs. Maybe I'm crazy, but $400/hr seems a bit exorbitant. This is besides the point because after simply removing the Pressure relief Valve myself, I found the valve fairly corroded and therefore not sealing properly and was causing the drip out of my water heater into the pressure relief pipe and down onto my floor. Upon further inspection, the tank was actually still completely FULL, proving there was in fact, NO CRACK in my water heater. Honestly, a very very shady tactic, very dishonest, and just flat out lied. There was NO water inside the inspection port, there was no water on the bottom inside of the tank, again proving there was no internal crack or leak of any sort.. rather just the leaky valve. Granted I saved myself over $2000 because the part to FIX THE PROBLEM was $22.... I am honestly peeved that this "Technician" was only looking to pad his own pockets by pushing me to replace an entire unit that only needed a $20 part. He could have charged me $200 and made SOME money and helped out someone, instead he chose to LIE and and attempt to manipulate for greed. If you guys need some honest technicians (you don't because you love them unnecessary sales) you can give me a call, I'm not a plumber but I absolutely guarantee I can do a better job than this supposed Lead "Technician". Calibration technicians have to do a bit more troubleshooting in our jobs to find problems because we don't have PRODUCTS to upsell our customers. DO BETTER PEARSON, DO BETTER!

I left a one-star review a while back due to 2 scheduling errors on their part. However, I heard great things about the work they did, so I gave them a second chance. I'm glad I did. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I'm happy with the quality of work. Thank you, Pearson Plumbing.

I am so glad that i contacted Pearson Plumbing, we had an issue with our water softener system that was causing a constant trickle into the drain. We had called several other companies in the past and none of them fixed the problem. Pearson came out, and within the first three minutes, they told me what the problem was and that it could be corrected in about 15 minutes. 10 minutes later, he was done and the trickling stopped. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable..... what more can you ask for. These are the guys that you want to call.

Great experience!!! We had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday and they were the only company that answered the phone and came to help. Left messages for other emergency plumbing services and never heard back. They actually answered the call. Their service was wonderful and prices were fair for the situation! So thankful as they helped us during what was a stressful situation and put us at ease. They will be the first and only company we call for plumbing services moving forward!
