We had a sudden and serious carpenter ant problem. This company quickly diagnosed where the ants were coming from and took care of the issue. The tech was very pleasant and good at explaining things. Prices were reasonable. Highly recommend them.

Let talk about the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! We started with Terminix and used them for 2 years only to watch our tech show up spray here and there and done in 15 minutes with fair results at best and never treated all rooms, so we switched to Orkin and they started strong but with months we watched our tech stand in the middle of a room and spray the baseboards from one spot at which point I told him that was unacceptable his outside treatment as I watched sprinkled something twice and used his spray for a total of maybe 70 feet on a house that is 80 feet by 60, never going into all rooms except for the first visit....at this point we were done until we met Tim at Perfection Pest Control his first visit he spend 2.5 hours checking the house out. He used more spray and treatment in 1 trip than both other companies used the entire time we used them. His follow up appointments still take over an hour and EVERY ROOM IN MY HOUSE GETS TREATED....EVERY ROOM! HE IS AMAZING! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!

Always great service! I have been using this company for years for pest control. I get treatments in the spring and the fall (outside perimeter, garage, crawlspace, basement, decks, attic, doors and windows, etc). I live in a log home, so I have to protect against termites, and other wood-damaging pests. The treatments take care of stink bugs, Asian beetles, spiders, etc., from getting in. You can see the treatment continuing to kill the bugs for months after treatment. The staff are professional, hard-working, friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with! The price is reasonable. I highly recommend Perfection for your pest control needs! (Photos are 2-1/2 months after treatment, outside doors - dead Asian beetles, stink bugs, etc.)

We’ve used Perfection Pest for several years now. When we bought a 100+ year old farm house only to find later it had some termite issues, Perfection came in and did an abatement for us and has been monitoring bait stations for us since and we have not had a single issue in that time. They’re great communicators of when services will take place, and all of the technicians we have dealt with have been knowledgeable, timely, and respectful.

On two occasions I had wildlife removed from my attic. First occasion were squirrels that had cleverly found their way into a cozy spot in my attic. Zack professionally removed them and their nest, then sealed up the entrance way. The second nuisance were European Starlings that entered through an exhaust vent and built an impressive condo about four feet high. Zack returned on time in a professional manner with needed hardware to resolve the problem. Three large bags of nesting material later the job was completed.
