We had the pleasure of meeting Brian P. ant our home on Oct. 20th, 2025. We were told he would arrive between 11 to 1 and he was here at 11 on the dot. We also conveniently received a text about 15 minutes before he arrived to reset our expectations. (Nice touch!). Brian was knowledgeable and courteous and suggested several options that we might choose. He was not pushy or salesy but earnest and definitely represented Pest Assassin in the best light. We were happy to engage with them immediately and look forward to ongoing quarterly visits to keep our home safe from all kinds of pests. Thank you, Pest Assassins and especially Brian P. We've been using Pest Assassins for about 7 years after we encountered a mouse issue. They now come quarterly and are always friendly, professional and thorough. The technicians explain what they've done and do a great job. Fortunately, the original problem has been taken care of and usually each visit is basically preventative. Sometimes we need to change an appointment, they reply back to us quickly and are always willing to accommodate our schedule. We're very happy with the service we receive, every time.

He let's you know when he's on his way, if running a bit late, early etc. He's very conscientious, fastidious, and incredibly knowledgeable. He wears booties when entering your home btw. My carpenter ants problem is under control as is spider etc. I'm very happy with their service 😊 The team and company is terrific and stands by their work. I endorse them and have recommended them to friends.

Very satisfied! I was able to get someone to come out and address our yellow jacket problem the next morning (which also happened to be a Saturday). The technician showed up on time and prepared. He quickly provided a quote and offered to perform the service immediately. I was skeptical that the treatment would work, but it did. Our problem is 99% addressed, and they have offered to come back if needed, at no additional charge. I highly recommend Pest Assassins.
