Very affordable and helpful service. Derek help spray both inside and outside of my property, along eradicating and wasp hive that grew in my siding. He also is very quick to respond and is willing to come back out if need for touch up spraying. Will definitely use them for any future needs.

TLDR: I asked around, Derek was cheap and put the same effort in. Friendly, discrete, fast, he’s cool, and he does a lot of pest stuff. I was getting bit by bed bugs and found a couple bodies. I called around a few places other exterminators and they all asked for a lot more money compared to Derek at Pest Busters. Derek was great at communicating, he was flexible, and fast. He also is knowledgeable about his profession. Bed bugs is embarrassing and can be a nightmare, Derek was pretty cool and approachable about the whole process. From a distance he can be an intimidating guy, but once you start talking to him he’s super friendly and nice. I’m happy with my service and I’m keeping his number saved.

I hired Derek to deal with the pests in my home. He arrived on time, explained the treatment, and used pet safe products. We’ve seen a big improvement and the issue hasn’t returned. Highly recommend!

As a very new homeowner, I’ve recently experienced some pretty major issues with sugar ants and other unwanted pests that were making their way in. I desperately texted my mom for help finding an exterminator in the area when she found Derek from Pest busters. We called him on a Saturday morning at 8am and explained the urgency of my situation. He was the only exterminator to answer our call on a weekend. Derek was able to get to my house within the hour and listened to all the issues I’ve been having around the house, inside and outside. Derek was extremely knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. He found some spaces I didn’t realize were unsealed, potentially allowing mice into the house as well. He sealed up and plugged anywhere they could get into, and sprayed my entire house, inside and out. He was very detailed in explaining the entire process, safety of my dog after spraying, and followed up with a warranty and assured me that he would come right back if they show up again. Would highly recommend Derek and Pest Busters to anyone local to Lowell!
