We had a massive hornets’ nest hanging off the motion light of our second-story—definitely not the kind of surprise you want greeting you! Tim showed up fast and knew exactly what to do. He was calm, super clear about the process, and had it taken care of before we knew it. The nest is gone, and we’re breathing way easier now. It was easy to schedule a appointment.Tim, the technician, let us know when he was coming and showed up on time. He was pleasant and efficient and extremely knowledgeable about termites and their treatment (the service that we were seeking). He sent us a quote shortly after the visit. We sent a follow up question which was answered promptly. The quote was competitive but we decided to go with a different style of treatment. Nonetheless, Pest Czar will be on the top of our list to call for future services.
