This is my first time using a pest control business and thankfully I chose this one! From the initial inspection I felt understood and listened by the tech- Alicia. The office staff is extremely caring and careful when communicating with you. I was very satisfied with Cristian who conducted the initial service at my house due to his ability to understand my concerns..he was calm and with a contagious smile. My partner and I came across Pest Friends while searching for a regular pest control service. We contacted Pest Friends for a quote and heard back within one business day, and the staff member who called me (Kortnee) was beyond helpful and kind. She answered all of my questions and gave me a detailed overview of their eco-friendly services. I even received an estimate via email minutes after our call. We decided to go with a slightly more affordable service, but Pest Friends even offered to lower their rate a bit to work with us. By that time, we had already signed a contract with the other service, unfortunately, but the integrity and customer service blew us away. I’m posting this review as someone who has not used their pest control services (yet!) but definitely plans to in the future based on their kindness, integrity, and customer service alone!
