We recently had our crawlspace encapsulated by Pest Management Inc., and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire team was friendly, professional, and clearly experienced. They used high-quality materials and took great care to ensure the job was done right. Before the work, our crawlspace had serious issues—relative humidity was around 80%, wood moisture levels were at 25%, and mold was actively growing. After encapsulation, the humidity dropped to 55%, the wood moisture content is now around 13%, and the mold is completely gone. The air quality in our home has noticeably improved, and we feel confident knowing our crawlspace is finally protected. We’re extremely satisfied with the work Pest Management Inc. did and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for crawlspace encapsulation or moisture control. They truly saved our crawlspace!

Lance did a fantastic job at my house. He was thorough. He treated areas I didn’t expect like in the crawl space and the attic. He cleaned the many spider webs outside. He told me it was dry under my house which I had wondered about but can’t go. He gave me information about what to expect and to call in if I have any insects in two weeks. Lance was really nice. He is the kind of person you want representing your company. Great job!

Rob Lee, is a gentleman, knowledgeable of the business, professional, courteous, explained everything in detail. His uniform was clean and probably well pressed. As soon as he explained everything he went straight to work, even cleaned up my cobwebs. At my request he sprayed the kitchen, 2 bathrooms and all around the outside of my house as he definitely recommended. In 3 months, I hope to see him again. This company truly exceeded my expectations, and Ryan Moore deserves special recognition. After another technician handled the initial inspection and extermination, Ryan went above and beyond by following up personally and completing an exterior inspection—even though my HOA (Priestley Management) was responsible for it. He identified an inadequate repair by the HOA (see first photo), cleared it, and expertly fixed the issue himself (see second photo). Ryan’s professionalism and dedication were outstanding, and I wholeheartedly recommend this company, especially Ryan Moore.

Pest Management installed the Sentricon bait stations last year, and Rob Lee came today to perform our yearly inspection. Rob is a very courteous man, calling to let me know his time frame of when he would arrive, and showed up on time. He did a very thorough job of checking our garage, storage area, crawlspace and all 22 Sentricon bait stations. He is very professional and great at explaining the process of his work and what he saw during his inspection. Thanks Rob for giving me the great news of no termites!
